These terms cover using this website, requesting a free audit or a call, and receiving text messages from us. By using the site or sending the form, you agree to them. How we handle your details is described in our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
VC Marketing is a small marketing studio for medical spas and dental practices, run as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us at [email protected].
Free audits and website previews
- The audit and any website preview we prepare for you are free and come with no obligation to buy anything.
- They reflect our review of publicly available information at the time we looked. They are our professional opinion, not a guarantee of any particular result.
- Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.
Text messages (SMS)
Program name: VC Marketing notifications.
- How you join: by ticking the separate, unticked text-message box on our website form and giving us your mobile number. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of getting an audit or of any purchase.
- What we send: notifications about your own request only — that your audit is ready (with a link), that your website preview is ready, and confirmations and reminders for meetings you booked with us. We do not send promotional texts.
- Message frequency varies with your request.
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier's rates apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one text confirming that you are unsubscribed and will not text you again unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Using this site
- Please give us accurate details and only a phone number and email that are yours to give.
- Do not misuse the site: no spam, automated form submissions, or attempts to break or overload it.
- The site's text, design and materials belong to VC Marketing. Sample reports and previews shown on the site are for illustration.
No warranties
The site and free materials are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available but do not promise they will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VC Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or of the free materials we send you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If we change these terms, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top.
