Privacy Policy

This page says, in plain words, what we collect when you use this site, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. We are a small marketing studio for medical spas, not a data company: we collect what we need to prepare your audit and talk to you, and nothing more.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email, phone (optional) and the website you want us to look at.
• Technical details sent with the form: the page you were on (including any campaign tags in the address), your browser type and your IP address. We keep these to tell real requests from spam and to know which page or campaign a request came from.
• Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. If we enable Google Analytics or a Meta pixel in future, they will appear here with an explanation before they go live.
• Email you send us: anything you write to [email protected].

Why we collect it

• To prepare the audit you asked for and send it to you.
• To answer you and, if you ask, to set up a call.
• To keep spam out of our inbox.

We do not sell your details, rent lists, or share them with advertisers. We contact you only about the request you made. If you would rather not hear from us, reply STOP to any message or email us, and we stop.

Where it lives

• Form requests go to our own CRM, hosted on Render (EU region), and are visible only to the two people who run this studio.
• The site itself is served by Cloudflare.
• Email runs on Google Workspace.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; none of them may use your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and the conversation around them stay in our CRM while we are in touch and for up to two years after the last exchange, so that we can pick the thread back up if you return. Ask, and we delete sooner.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few business days. If you are in California or the EU, the rights those laws give you apply in full; you do not need to cite them.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small note of campaign tags for the length of your visit, so that a form you send from another page still tells us where you came from. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Changes

If we change what we collect, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top.
